The Cultural Association 'Severiana' has as its purpose the promotion and development of social and cultural initiatives in the Municipality of Rome, in particular the XIII Town Hall which has always been a land of arrivals, from Aeneas to first land-reclaimers coming from Ravenna. The idea behind is that of the homonymous coastal road, the way Severiana, whose route is depicted in "Tabula Peutingeriana".

Over the centuries, along it, passed pilgrims, travelers, soldiers, shepherds, peasants, kings, robbers, acrobats and artists. The way Severiana then, as a symbol, the underlying theme of the development of peoples, ideas, linking element of heterogeneous realities. Place not only of scents, of nature and of meetings, but memory and projection of the future, furrow of the present.
